1. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

4. Failed Deliveries & Refusals

  • If you refuse delivery or fail to accept a package, return shipping costs and restocking fees may be deducted from your refund.

5. Restocking Fees

  • Standard orders may be subject to a [10–15% restocking fee] if canceled after packaging but before shipment.
