Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight services (for oversized items) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional items or minimum order amounts (when applicable).
4. Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally. (Future expansion may be considered.)
5. Oversized & Heavy Items
Large or heavy items (such as concrete preparation equipment or bulk materials) may require freight shipping.
Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged. Additional handling fees may apply.

You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Damaged or lost shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
