1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:
Unused and in their original condition.
Returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Certain products, such as customized items, clearance products, safety equipment, or opened chemical/epoxy materials, are non-refundable for health and safety reasons.
2. Return Process

Packaging:Â Securely repackage the item to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping:Â Ship the item back to the return address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If rejected (due to damage, signs of use, or missing components), we will notify you and may return the item at your expense.
4. Refund Exemptions
Refunds will not be granted for:
Items returned without prior authorization.
Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Consumables, chemicals, or epoxy products once opened.
5. Exchanges
In some cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund (e.g., defective product or incorrect size/item shipped).
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Decorative Concrete Solutions LLC shipped the wrong or defective item.
If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
